• Arlington, TX - Charles Waggoner  of DEMILEC (USA) LLC® has been appointed as the new Chair of the SPFA's, Spray Polyurethane Alliance, Low-Density foam Commitee (LDC).      Upon Charles' retirement as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, he founded Comfort Masters LLC in 1994, a spray foam insulation contractor servicing the Oklahoma city, Oklahoma area.
