• First LEED Platimun Home in Iowa Features DEMILEC (USA) LLC Spray Foam Insulation

• Arlington, TX — DEMILEC (USA) LLC.^®’s SEALECTION^® 500 spray foam insulation has been selected as the insulation-of-choice for what is planned to be the first LEED® Platinum Home built in the state of Iowa. The home is being developed as a showcase residence in the exclusive Cypress Villages subdivision in Fairfield, Iowa.
  SEALECTION Agribalance^® spray foam insulation was selected for use in the walls and on the roof deck of the 1,537-square-foot, home because of its energy efficiency and health properties.
